Extract the juice about 2 table spoons from papaya leaves and have it twice in a day for at least two days. Optionally we can add some amount of honey to decrease the bitterness.
Take one Tab spoon of chopped fresh garlic cloves and one
Tab spoon of chopped onions. Roast them in small amount of ghee and add pinch
of salt to it. Take this at least thrice in a week along with the
breakfast or before breakfast.
