Remedy 1: Boil the peppermint leaves(Karpura thulasi) in 200 ml water and add some honey when this solution becomes lukewarm, drink this before bed time.We can also use Thulasi leaves (ocimum tenuiflorum) or mint leaves instead of peppermint leaves
Remedy 2: Mix half table spoon of turmeric powder in one glass of milk and drink this before bed time.
Remedy 3: Mix half table spoon of turmeric powder and three to four cardamom's powder in lukewarm water. Drink this solution before bed time.
