Take 50 grms of Long Pepper(Pippallu) and fry them on low flame for 5 min. Grind them and store it in a glass container. Add 3 pinches of long pepper powder to 1 tbsp of honey. Have this mixture every day before bed time for few days, after that slowly in crease the quantity of pepper powder to 10 pinches.Once you are comfortable, we can take this in morning and evening.
